Shipping:
    Shipping is done through the Postal Service, Fed-Ex or U.P.S. Any requests for shipping to a different address other than the one used with Credit card will have to be verified. In those country's where we can not verify you will be required to pay with either "T,T" Wire Transfer, Money Order, Western Union, Paypal, Thaipay, Etc. This is to ensure customer protection and help in the Prevention of Fraud.

Shipping Times:
    Shipping times differs from country to country but average time by Postal Carrier S.A.L. to U.S.A. is 15 working days.

Thaiepay Customers:
    Due to rules set by the providing company your orders will be processed only after the 48 hour waiting period requested by Thaiepay.

Customs/Import Duties and Local Delivery:
    On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
    TnaxZ.com and its shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
    After we have received and verified your payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Money Order or other options, we will instruct our warehouse to package and ship the items to you.


Return Policy:
    Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from TnaxZ does not meet your expectations, we will refund 100% of your purchase price less shipping, customs if applies etc.
To receive your refund, simply return the item by mail within 30 days of receiving it. Upon receipt of the item TnaxZ will issue a refund to your credit card, Paypal or Thaipay Account for the original purchase less shipping, customs if applies etc..

    Return Policy Specialty, Design Build, Furniture, Statues and Lighting Orders:
These items are covered by Insurance for shipping and Warranties for Workmanship and defect. When you receive your Item and you find Carton Damaged please examine in front of Carrier. If you feel the product is Damaged do not receive. If you have already received the product and find Damage please take Photos for Insurance and keep all original Packing for return. Notify TnaxZ immediately upon finding damage. Otherwise all sales are final. If Insurance is refused for delivery the Item will not be replaced.
